Location: Mancora beach, first row. 3 minutes away, by foot, from Mancora's Surf Point and 3km away from the beach Las Pocitas.

Total capacity: 22 guests

Areas description:

  • Total rooms: 5. All of them have complete bathrooms, closets, and fans.
    • Main room: 1 king bed and a terrace without a roof (floor 2)
    • Second room: 3 double beds and 1 simple bed
    • Third room: 3 double beds and 1 simple bed
    • Fourth room: 2 bunk beds, 1 simple bed, and 1 double bed
    • Fifth room: 2 bunk beds, 1 simple bed, and 1 double bed
  • First floor: It is comprised by a spacious dining room in the roofed terrace area, with chairs for 14 people, and one exterior living room, next to the dining room, that counts with a speaker. Both spaces have a splendid view of the sea. It also has a sitting room located in an inner terrace. It also has a fully equipped kitchen, with a complete household. The garden, in front of the main terrace, has natural grass, plants a big pool with several levels. 
  • Second floor: Here you will find the main bedrooms. It's wide, has an unbeatable view to the ocean and it's conditioned to host its guests with the maximum comfort.
